WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR MATERIALS?
All of the fabrics that I use are sourced from a select few fave UK suppliers that specialise in dead stock/end of roll fabrics which have been discontinued from high street brands and designers!
The wadding that is used inside the totes is biodegradable! (I know, I didn’t even know that was a thing either!) It’s 4oz, meaning it’s not overly thick or heavy, or not too flimsy, like Goldilocks’ porridge, it’s just right. As for the brand labels on the totes and scrunchies, they are made sustainably in the UK from recycled polyester.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
All pieces are handmade by me, and as I’m a full time working gal, please allow 1-2 weeks from your order date for your nice things to arrive to you. If you need your order for a specific date, please send me a message to discuss! <3
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class signed for and cost £4.50.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF IT’S NOT RIGHT?
Because everything is handmade by me, I’m afraid I’m unable to accept refunds, but an exchange/store credit can be offered to you if you’re product isn’t the right fit for you. HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY PRODUCT?
To keep your new fave product looking proper nice all of the time, I’d recommend hand washing or machine washing on a cool setting. Allow your tote or scrunch to air dry naturally and avoid using an iron, instead gently steam out any creases :)
